Collusion is when two or more players on the same table work together
as a team, unfairly knowing each other's cards, and betting with this
knowledge in order to maximize their team's profits. Collusion destroys
the integrity of any poker game. Any player that attempts to collude at
ParadisePoker.com will be permanently banned from their games.
Paradise Poker uses sophisticated algorithms to identify, track and uncover
collusion. Though not foolproof, the integrity of
Paradise Poker games is higher than even those played in
real card rooms.
Paradise Poker's analysis includes automatic tracking of betting
patterns related to the strength of a player's hand, and
cross-correlating those results with other players at the same table to
determine if they may be acting in concert with one another. In
addition, the management thoroughly investigates all complaints
registered by players suspecting collusion. Hand history recap emails
are instantly available for all players and will show the exact betting
of each game and the final hands of all players that called the river
card. Hand histories will obviously not display any cards of players
that folded since that is part of the integrity of any poker game.
Committing Fraud is an extremely serious offence, and if, in
ParadisePoker.com's sole determination,
a player is found to have cheated or attempted
to defraud the Games or the Company in any way including but not limited
to game manipulation or payment fraud
ParadisePoker.com reserves the right to
publicize the player's actions together with your identity and e-mail address,
as well as to circulate the information to other online gaming sites,
banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies. Further, Company
may close any accounts, and forfeit account balances.
The use of Artificial Intelligence or "bots" is strictly forbidden. The company
will take measures to prevent and detect the use of programs that are designed
to enable artificial intelligence (non-human) to play on the site. |
